Study demonstrates efficacy of Hemi-Sync for military pyostdeployment stress
Published in the July 2017 issue of the Journal of Nursing Scholarship (p. 411-420), this study showed that listening to Hemi-Sync music decreased physical and psychological indicators of stress in military service members with PTSD.
